Came across West Car Auto Service after a quick Google search to find out where I should be getting my car serviced in the Perth area. Sam, the mechanic and business owner, had good reviews, so I thought I'd give him a try. While this was my first time getting my car serviced with Sam, he was genuinely friendly and honest (not necessarily a trait that first comes to mind when thinking of mechanics!). I'll be going back to see Sam in the future, as he told me what I needed to know and the service was a fair price.

Highly recommended. Sammy is friendly, honest and efficient and the prices are reasonable. I left my car in the shop for a regular service and Sammy called me up after half an hour to ask me if I wanted to change certain parts of the car. He explained to me that some was not urgent and I could leave for later but some would be best I could do it this time. I happily took his advice. When I came into the shop again to pick the car up, Sammy walked me through the work he did with the car and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Thanks Sammy!

I have been getting my car serviced here for a few years now. Great attention to detail and very helpful. For instance Sam was able to fix a faultly brake light while servicing the car - saving me time and money with an auto-electrician.

Mg partner and I started taking our cars to Sam 5 years ago when we lived nearby. We now live 10kms away but won’t go to anyone else, it’s worth the trip! Sam’s a total legend, he’s honest, reliable, quick and competitively priced. Can’t recommend highly enough.

There is no words describe how good Sam is and his job I have been fixing my cars with him since 2014 and never overcharged me for any job . Very few honest people in this business and Sam comes on the top of the list in Honesty and professional of what he do .

I’m so grateful for Sam and his team. As well as servicing our cars, they have helped me out at the last minute, have fixed things without fuss and seem to be able to just sort anything out with ease. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam!

Been going there through the years and today too due to a leaking tyre - Sam managed to squeeze me in and ordered a tyre and got it changed etc. Amazing work and communication really grateful for that.

Got my 2012 commodore serviced here. Sam was great to deal with. Gave me a beakdown of the cars condition, well priced, prompt service. My old mechanic retired so was looking for somewhere else, I will be going here in future.
